House Naevius Estate was destroyed. I really liked my old mansion but it had too many flaws. And compared to the time, I improved a lot in housing. This mansion has benefited from ESO’s vanilla housing editor.
Say goodbye to stone floor, this time we have wooden floors. I remain disappointed that the expected furniture from Leyawiin has still not been released. High Isle furniture offered equivalents that I finally adopted.

I had several choices of mansions to replicate. I finally opted for the Sabinian’s Mansion (no need to introduce it for those who know). It is not a faithful reproduction because it is simply impossible. And I maximized the use of Leyawiin furniture.
