I think you can’t actually buy this item from the Impresario, at least I don’t see it when talking to her.
I got several times from plunder skulls though.
Thanks, I’ll change them all to Plunder Skull. I should have known when they were in The Impresario’s bag on the PTS, but not available to purchase from her that they would be in the Plunder Skulls.
