No all my characters are female,
Cavecat both cp level ones are khajiit who might affect it, Khajiit and Argonians don’t have the back flap because of tail and it might affect stuff but doubt it.

Looks to me like it’s a difference between the jerkin, and the robe, just judging by those screenshots.

Most of the motifs have the hip flaps. Not sure what the attraction is. I suppose the designers thought they were necessary protection for hips. It is “armor” after all. Still not enamored of them.
How do you get the Khajiit robe without the hip flaps?
