I don’t understand this outfit. I find it very odd looking. I wish that they would have made the bottom half a skirt instead of short-shorts. The other mistake on the outfit is the long crotch flap. Imagine in real life trying to wear this???

I love the Victorian style jacket short shorts make this whole look very confusing and odd looking
