I am trying to find this fountain to purchase for my house, but I cannot find it under the achievement furnisher in in Mournhold. Is this only available to purchase if you are in EP Alliance? I made sure that I had completed the Hearts of Darkness quest and I have. Is anybody else having a hard time finding this fountain?
That’s because it’s located at the Achievement Furnisher in Ebonheart, not Mournhold.
Ohhh, I thought it meant the capital city of EP Alliance. Thank you! 🙂
Nope. Everything is city names unless it says “Alliance Capitals.” Those are the general achievement ones only located in Elden Root, Mournhold, and Wayrest.
