A bizarre woman, who seems to suffer from a delusional detachment from the reality she inhabits. Avista, for her part, claims she 'doesn't entirely qualify as an individual' and that she is more a vessel for a "Ruling King" she names "Oopart". Despite this, and despite a hyperactive and sarcastic demeanor, she generally enjoys helping people with any issues they ask her to solve, which she says is 'for grinding experience points'.
