This are Yokudan Head and Shoulders; of the Immortal Warrior set; epic quality. The rest are Covenant/Dominion/Pact equipment, of the Akaviri/Fighters Guild style; Bastion of the Heartland. Mike might correct me if I am mistaken, but colours look to be Regicide Red for the fields and Akatosh’s Scales Gold for the rest.
It looks sick, but I would go for a steel-bronze look. I use some Yokudan items and they are great for tanking!!
