Does this even drop in Toadstool Hollow? Either I was very unlucky, or the chests don’t drop this lead. I’ve spent about 4 hours in the cave farming the chests and I’ve never received it. I only obtained a lead for the Ayleid Skull and even a Snow Treaders piece from one of the bosses. Is there any confirmation that the lead even drops there?
according to several posts in the official forums i really doubt that this lead is available in-game after all 🙁
I’ve spent two weeks farming Toadstool Hollow chests for this lead and have yet to find it, keeping in mind i’ve found leads that are master-rank elsewhere. I’m tempted to say it’s bugged but i keep hearing about people finding it.

Dropped from killing Titan while completing the “Stop the Invader” quest just outside Bruma.
I just found the lead in Cyrodiil. I found it after killing a named hostile NPC in Fanacas, an unnamed location near an Ebonheart Pact keep closer to the gates. The named hostile NPC is a yellow ghost standing on top of a brazier. She’s named Enchantress Mabrel Pierel.

I don’t know if the PvP event is affecting where the lead drops from. It was a runestone.
