- During an in-game event, collect Event Tickets by participating in that event’s daily activities or purchase them from the Crown Store.
- Collect 10 Event Tickets and use them to buy upgrade fragments from the event merchant known as the Impresario
- After you have acquired three of the unique Upgrade Fragments, navigate to your Collections UI, select the Fragments category, choose the item you have fragments for, and use them. This causes your Soulfire Dragon Illusion to upgrade into a new item. This also allows you to get a new Soulfire Dragon Illusion so you can upgrade it into another, completely different item later in the year.
- NOTE: While the Impresario always stocks all three base collectible Fragments required to get your Soulfire Dragon Illusion, the individual Upgrade Fragments are added to her store with every new event in the quarter and are available only during that period. Once the next quarter begins, the previous quarter’s fragments are removed from the Impresario.
