Has been for like a week or so.. Redirects to another site that still doesn’t have info on that furnishing. :/
This is one of the items the Devs have commented on, it is currently not in game due to a bug but they are working on it

Lead drops from overworld Gryphons in Summerset (Gryphon Aerie)
I found it from Gryphons (Not boss, regular) in Summerset
There are four or five gryphons that spawn fairly quickly in an open land area near a stream NW of the Russafeld Hts.Wayshrine. One of them spawns over a dead deer in the uphill road in that same area. Took me about 2 hours to get the feather, but so worth it! My boyfriend got one on the first gryphon he killed and then about 10 minutes later got a second from another! Grrrrrr…..
Confirming drop on PS4, killing regular gryphons. Took about 25-30 (I lost count) but I got one.
