There is another source besides the crown store, because I have one on me, and there’s 0 chance it was from the crown store. I have been doing a bunch of treasure chests, so it may be from that.
Old comment, but same here. Got mine from either treasure maps, psijic portals, or resource nodes in Summerset.
Edit: looked at my Loot Log, I got it from a Columbine node in Summerset.
