This has apparently been fixed. I just crafted a v5 Outlaw sword and it came out correctly (both sword and dagger shown).

For everyone checking this page out, disregard the first image, that is actually the Dark Brotherhood sword (there was some glitch). Look at the one submitted by Luxferus rather than by me, Gan Xing
Outlaw one-handed swords are currently bugged.
The tier for level 36 and up incorrectly displays the Dark Brotherhood motif.
How this got into live is beyond me.
