Jazra Khar is not your typical necromancer. He finds the whole "doom and gloom" look that's prevalent in necromancy fashion not in alignment with his own tastes. Jazra does things his way and if that involves a little reanimation of the occasional washed up corpse to aid in his seafaring endeavors, then so be it. It goes without saying that he enjoys long walks on the beach.
