My main aim for this house was to make a cozy garden with many trees giving it a forest-like feel, as well as making the most out of the beautiful view by adding custom balconies/decks.
I was disappointed in the stock balcony so I added an extra 2 of my own on both sides to make the most of the view.
Under the 2nd balcony is the barbeque/bar/social area.
The bottom floor is turned into a bathroom with an ocean theme.
The back of the main floor is turned into a cozy lounge area.
