These can be bought for 5k gold in daggerfall. You get them from the basic furnishing vendor located in the rosy lion inn.
PS: I’d love to help update your listings for housing stuff, if any admins on this site wanna contact me. Their are many new housing items that are seeded by npcs that aren’t listed here, and this site only has them as crown only.. This item is but 1 example.

There a furnishing vender in the Rosy Lion?? I thought there was just the Achievement furnisher!
