I could be wrong but I’m fairly certain this was changed after the PTS into two seperate items… The altar and the shrine itself which are now both 20k respectively.
I can confirm this item still exists. The two separate items you mentioned are totally different items during the Sigil / Gods weeks, but this item was obtainable in Live during the Wedding weeks by the Luxury vendor.
