The armor is redguard from the looks.
Gloves look Redguard.
Can’t say I know the boots, possibly the same.
The buckle at the waist is Ancient Elven, from the motif.
The bow I think is either ancient elven or bosmeri.
Looking at it again I think the boots are ancient elven.

What piece is that coat? Is it a leg piece of some kind or part of the chest piece? If so, what pieces?
It’s called Trousers and Tails, its a stolen piece of gear. It gives no armor rating and its a leg piece
